BambooHR’s Professional Package includes employee and manager self-service functionality, a report library, the ability to track employee salary and job history, employee records, Applicant Tracking System, employee self-onboarding, custom approvals and audit trails. Email and phone support are included in the package as well.
There’s an optional short implementation process that involves BambooHR project managers taking the client’s data and spreadsheets and migrating them to BambooHR software. They then customize the software with specific features such as email alerts and new-hire checklists before deploying it.
BambooHR also provides customers with training via videos and webinars, as well as customized training.
