Implementation/Integration
Implementation usually takes four to six weeks, depending on the size and systems of the client, and is handled through a proven process. It starts with analyzing your current processes and systems, then a welcome call with the setting up of your unique training schedule. Next comes the data aggregation plan and scheduling calls for payroll data transfer, benefits, time, and HR.
There’s also a data audit, with Thread reviewing everything with you and then again with their tax team to ensure all data has migrated correctly, that the right withholding rates and other nuances are assigned.
Next comes training with one-on-one video calls. The last week of training includes a payroll run to make sure it goes smoothly. Additional training is available after migration, if needed.
Customer Service & Support
Depending on the services, clients have a dedicated account rep or dedicated team assigned to them. Clients can access live client service reps via email or phone, and there’s a knowledge base of resources for additional support.
