TreenoHR is similar to Ceridian as an intuitive, cloud-based HR solution. However, TreenoHR is configurable to fit a company’s established workflow.

By offering secure, easy access to various resources and records through one easy-to-use platform, HR managers are given the ability to update and analyze employee data, automate repetitive tasks, and manage performance and accountability throughout an organization.

TreenoHR offers specialized capabilities for tracking and reporting ACA requirements. Going into 2016, many companies will be required to track employee information in order to offer these reports for government regulations.

Treeno offers plans based on the number of employees who need the product license within your organization. Each plan includes all of the product features and unlimited storage. The plans are broken up into the following:

  • Up to 25 employees – $129/month
  • 26 to 50 employees – $209/month
  • 51 to 100 employees – $319/month
  • 101 to 150 employees – $349/month
  • More than 150 employees – Contact Treeno for special pricing

Task Manager

Task Manager is a flexible application that allows managers to easily create and track tasks, requests and approvals, and completion of assignments such as employee on-boarding, training and benefit updates. Tasks can be manually initiated or automatically triggered by events or calendar updates. The HR Calendar is integrated into the Task Manager, offering configurable options for prompting and tracking company, departmental or personal activities.

Employee Self-Service Portal

The self-service portal is a user-friendly interface containing in-depth profiles of each employee. Cloud-based access allows employees to maintain their own contact and status changes as they happen. The portal is complete with updates, prompts and alerts to complete HR requirements, such as healthcare enrollment, performance reviews, training and more.

Dynamic Org Chart

The Dynamic Org Chart is a visual display of a company’s reporting structure. It’s linked with employee profile information to keep all structures updated in real-time.

Real-Time Reports

Detect and analyze trends in employee data with TreenoHR. Since information is updated in real-time, users can generate dynamic reports spanning multiple variables and dates. Reports can easily be saved, shared and exported to Excel or in CSV format.

Labor/Time-Off Tracking

Document Management
