Product Overview

Replicon TimeAttend is a cloud-based solution that helps companies increase revenue while managing labor costs.

Companies can track the time of both their hourly and salaried employees using electronic time sheets. Employees can record the number of hours spent on a specific task on any given day. They can also track their vacation/leave time and request time off to be approved by their managers.

TimeAttend integrates with many different payroll and HR solutions, such as Ceridian, ADP, Intuit QuickBooks, Oracle and more.

For companies looking just to have a system for managing and approving vacation/sick leave (and no other features), Replicon offers its TimeOff solution. Employees can view their leave balance and accruals, and request time off. Managers can approve the leave as well as keep a calendar of who’s off and who’s available to manage staffing levels.

In addition to TimeAttend, users have the option of utilizing either the CloudClock or WebExpense feature. CloudClock is a cloud-based time clock that an be downloaded on any tablet or mobile device. It allows employees to punch in and out of shifts. WebExpense is an expense management system designed to improve the process of submitting expense reports and reimbursing employees.

Finally, TimeAttend is available as a mobile app for iPhone/Android devices. Within the mobile app, users can record their time worked, request time off and create expense reports at their own convenience. Information entered into the mobile app is synced with the browser-based solution so users don’t need to enter data twice.

Replicon provides users with a six-phase implementation process:

  • Define – In this phase, the client and Replicon’s implementation project manager discuss the client’s business, as well as its needs, challenges and goals for the software, and a deployment strategy.
  • Configure and integrate – Replicon works on migrating data and processes from the client’s existing system, along with customizing its solution and integrating any third-party applications.
  • Train – Replicon designs a training program that fits the client’s needs, such as train-the-trainer, online training or role-specific end-user training.
  • Acceptance test – In this phase, testers can “play in the sandbox,” that is, test the Replicon solution to find issues or errors before going live.
  • Deploy – The solution is deployed into a live environment and all end users can start to use it.
  • Success criteria – This phase is a final checkup to make sure everything’s running smoothly. Replicon then transitions the client to a dedicated Customer Service Manager for customer support.

Replicon offers three implementation packages that are based on company size:

  • Quick Start – Simple setup with predefined rules and options for small companies.
  • Plus – Configurable options and rules for medium-sized businesses with standard requirements.
  • Enterprise – Customizable options and rules, and global support for large customers.

Customer Service & Support

End users can access Replicon’s Customer Zone portal to find answers to commonly asked questions, start conversations with other Replicon users or submit support requests. Replicon posts information on upcoming product releases within the Customer Zone.

Users also have the option of contacting support via phone, email or live chat.


Replicon offers a 14-day free trial of TimeAttend. As it’s cloud-based, clients only have to pay a monthly fee for TimeAttend. Replicon doesn’t publicly display their pricing information. Please contact them directly for a quote.
