Glint Perform At A Glance
Product Overview
The cloud-based Glint People Success platform helps organizations increase their employee engagement. Its main feature is pulse surveys that can be sent to employees to gauge their feelings and experiences with their job and the company overall. Based on the responses gathered, companies can identify and focus on the key areas that need improvement.
The People Success platform is broken down into several different modules: Employee Engagement, Employee Lifecycle, Manager Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Diversity and Inclusion, 360-Degree Feedback and Glint Perform. The review will focus on Glint Perform, the software’s newest module.
Glint Perform is based on the idea that if employees are highly engaged with their jobs, they’ll perform better. It forgoes the traditional annual performance review in favor of continuous, high-quality feedback. Employees can set up goals that include action plans for achieving them. In addition, Glint Perform provides inline coaching tools to help managers have productive performance conversations with employees.
Features
Glint Perform has four main features.
Goals – With the Goals feature, employees can easily create goals that align with company or team objectives, and managers can comment on them within the software.
Conversations – The Conversations feature empower managers to have one-on-one meetings with their employees by offering inline coaching and configurable templates. It also periodically sends reminders to managers if they need to have more frequent conversations with their employees.
Anytime Feedback & Recognition – This feature allows employees to publicly recognize their co-workers for good work, as well as seek and give feedback from their co-workers. Glint Perform provides templates that can help with providing constructive feedback.
Insights – The Insights tool includes real-time data into the adoption of the Goals, Conversations and Anytime Feedback & Recognition features. Users can drill down into the data for further analysis and export the data to an integrated HRMS software.
