CEIPAL TalentHire is an open-source platform for applicant tracking and recruiting.

Recruiters and hiring managers may have many jobs to fill and want to do so quickly. By incorporating many of its recruiting features into one system, CEIPAL TalentHire provides a means of hiring the best talent within an efficient and organized platform. As it’s open-source, CEIPAL TalentHire is also scalable for businesses of any size.

CEIPAL TalentHire can be integrated with many job boards, such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and Glassdoor, enabling users to publish company-branded job postings to multiple sites with one click. It also integrates with social media sites (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) for social sharing.

In addition, CEIPAL TalentHire integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, and Office 365 for parsing resumes from emails.

Finally, CEIPAL TalentHire has a mobile app (available for Android and iOS devices) that allows users to do many of the core recruiting and hiring functions like they would from a web browser on a PC.

Implementation/Integration

CEIPAL offers a three-step deployment process:

Step 1 – A solution layout is designed with the customer’s needs in mind, focusing on setting up the areas of the platform necessary and intended for use by the end-users.

Step 2 – Role mapping is done for each component for workflow personalization and access/security purposes.

Step 3 – Migration, integration, and training are included for FREE. A dedicated support specialist migrates company data from the existing system into CEIPAL TalentHire, training end-users on platform functionality through live demonstrations or prerecorded webinars.

Customer Service & Support

Support is available via email and phone.

Response time for emails can range from 24 to 48 hours from the request submission time. However, if it’s an emergency, response time will be within four hours.

Pricing

CEIPAL TalentHire is a monthly subscription with pricing based on the number of recruiters that will use the software. For example, it costs $114 a month for up to five recruiters, $399 a month for 20 recruiters, and so on. Note that some features are available as add-ons, such as unlimited mass emails, auto-populating job parsing and proactive email cleanup. Discounted rates are available if purchasing along with CEIPAL WorkForce.

Shortcomings

As CEIPAL TalentHire is available as an SaaS, there is no on-premise option. Unlike PCRecruiter, it doesn’t integrate with CRM systems.

The integration part is good.

I solved my recruitment problem. I am able to get profiles that i use seek, for so many different technologies.
Auto migration has the great benefit of making our own data base.
Moreover, we can even upload our own data also.

I have an admin account in CEIPAL. Apart from minor inconsistencies, it's good software
The main problem I face is once the profile is migrated it won't update after we find the same consultant with an updated resume.

Not Perfect, But Worth the Money

If you don't want to pay thousands for an ATS, CEIPAL is the choice. There are some bugs and some things seem backwards or not user friendly, but it offers great features like an ATS database and integrated search. Support is great at resolving issues and answering any questions

Ceipal is an extremely useful software that allows me to search and track applicants all the way from contacting them through the full interview process and the onboarding. The only issue with ceipal is the difficulty in figuring out where each feature is in the software.
