TalentHire is CEIPAL’s open-source platform for applicant tracking and recruiting.

Recruiters and hiring managers may have many jobs to fill and want to do so quickly. By incorporating many of its recruiting features into one system, TalentHire provides a means of hiring the best talent within an efficient and organized platform. As it’s open source, TalentHire is also scalable for businesses of any size.

TalentHire can be integrated with many job boards, such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice and Glassdoor. It also integrates with many social media sites (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Hootsuite, Blogger). Users can publish company-branded job postings to multiple sites with one click.

In addition, TalentHire integrates with Microsoft Outlook for parsing resumes from emails.

Finally, TalentHire has a mobile app (available for Android and iOS devices) that allows users to do many of the core recruiting and hiring functions like they would from a Web browser on a PC.

CEIPAL offers a three-step deployment process:

1st step – A solution layout is designed with the customer’s needs in mind. CEIPAL also builds a layout with its components.

2nd step – Role mapping is done for each component for workflow personalization and security purposes.

3rd step – Training to end users is available onsite or through pre-recorded webinars.

Customer Service & Support

Support is available via email and phone.

Response time for emails can range from 24 to 48 hours from the request submission time. However, if it’s an emergency, response time will be within four hours.


TalentHire’s pricing is a monthly subscription that’s based on the number of recruiters that will use the software. For example, it costs $114 a month for up to five recruiters, $399 a month for 20 recruiters, and so on. Note that some features are available as add-ons, such as unlimited mass emails, auto-populating job parsing and proactive email cleanup.


As TalentHire is available as an SaaS, there is no on-premise option. Unlike Vultus Recruit and PCRecruiter, it doesn’t integrate with CRM systems.
