Customer Service & Support

Jobvite has three main customer support portals.

The first is a toll free phone line available 24 hours a day, five days a week.

The support number is 855-315-HIRE (4473) for all customers Sunday 6pm PST through Friday 6pm PST, excluding Jobvite holidays. International customers may also reach a support team at +1 541-229-1265

The second portal is via email. Contacting Jobvite through email automatically creates a new support case from the convenience of your e-mail client without visiting the web and gets you the help you need to keep your recruiting moving.

Finally, the System Status page gives users a clear picture of their system performance in order to prevent unneccessary interruptions. This can be accessed anytime.


Jobvite offers customized pricing based on a company’s needs. Please contact them directly for a quote.


Jobvite struggles when it needs to parse resumes into its system. Some users have found that the more detailed a resume is, the worse it looks when Jobvite takes it into its system.

The unique email identifier that Jobvite uses can confuse candidates that are applying.

Finally, the search function is overly specific: if a user inputs a typo into a search, for example, it will not recognize the mistake and come up with related results, but only show results for the exact typo.
