Bottom Line: Recruitment solution that helps companies hire the best talent while saving time and money.

Product Overview

Recsite targets its solution to both recruitment agencies and direct employers. For the purpose of our review, we’ll focus on direct employers.

Recsite is an end-to-end recruitment solution that helps companies find the best talent. Since employers can manage their hiring processes within one platform, there’s reduced administrative time and expense. Recsite also provides strong security in the form of privacy protection and daily data backups.

There are other benefits of Recsite, such as:

  • Employers can better market their companies to potential candidates with customized branding.
  • Employers can access job postings, candidate profiles and other recruitment features from any device.
  • Job candidates can create and track their own profiles as well as apply for multiple jobs; their profiles stay viable for future jobs.

There are three monthly plans (pricing information is below). Regardless of the plan selected, Recsite offers these features:

  • Ability to integrate Recsite with company website
  • Ability to import applicant data from other systems or databases
  • Career site templates that can be implemented within a week
  • Customized analytics dashboard
  • Multi-language support
  • Option to send postings to premium job boards

Many of Recsite’s features are indicated below. However, we do want to mention a few of its other features, such as:

  • 1-click job postings: The 1-click job posting feature lets users post jobs to multiple job boards, such as CareerBuilder, Indeed and Monster. Users can also post jobs to social media sites. Any applications can be redirected to the applicant tracking system. Users can also run reports on metrics of job postings.
  • Talent management: Companies can manage data on job candidates, such as references, resumes, employment history and more. Recsite includes tools such as automated notifications and job alerts. Hiring managers can also collaborate with each other regarding candidates.
  • Customized company careers page: Employers have different options of improving their brand. They can choose to integrate Recsite into their website, or they can have a customized careers page designed by Recsite’s in-house creative team.
  • Candidate profile: Candidates can create their own profile in the company’s applicant system. They can browse different postings that best fit their needs, as well as upload their resumes.

As Recsite is a Web-based system, implementation and training are minimal. However, Recsite does provide training at the client’s office.

There is a dedicated Account Manager with expertise in recruitment that’s not only the first means of support, but advises the client on its recruitment process.

Customer Service & Support

Users can contact support via phone, email or chat within their Recsite accounts. Recsite also has a support portal for users to search answers for troubleshooting issues.

Recsite provides three different scalable monthly plans:

  • Recruit: This plan costs costs 13 pounds per user ($16 per user). It covers the basic Recsite features, such as one-click job ads across many job boards.
  • Recsite: The Recsite plan is priced at 25 pounds per user ($32 per user) and includes a recruiting website and engagement tools.
  • Rectrak: This plan costs 45 pounds per user ($57 per user). It allows for integration with a company’s contacts database or customer relationship management (CRM) solution (similar to AkkenCloud).

Recsite doesn’t offer onboarding, nor does it integrate with a human resource management system (HRMS). Companies that need onboarding can look at either Hyrell or iCIMS.
