Fitzii At A Glance

Product Overview

Hiring at smaller companies tends to take longer, as staff may have other pressing duties beyond hiring (or there’s no dedicated HR department). These companies can spend just as much money on a new hire as a larger company, if not more so.

Fitizii is intended for small and medium-sized organizations that want to use the same hiring tools as larger companies, but don’t have the time or money to do so.

A company can start with Fitzii’s free unlimited applicant tracking system. Within that ATS, users can keep track of all applicants in one place, create customized emails, create their own branded careers page, collaborate with hiring teams on candidates and post jobs to Glassdoor, Indeed and SimplyHired.

We also want to note that Fitzii integrates with BambooHR. A new employee record in BambooHR is automatically created once a candidate is marked as hired in Fitzii.

Features

With the free applicant tracking system, users get these following features:

  • Free job board posting to Glassdoor, SimplyHired, Indeed and social media
  • Ability to create a Careers page with company brand (and have job postings automatically posted to Careers page)
  • Postings to premium job boards (LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) at a discount; Fitzii can post them and keep track of them for users.
  • Tracking for all resumes and other applications from many sources in one place
  • Progress Tracker for each candidate, which has the ability to add documents and notes to candidate profiles
  • Ability to share shortlisted candidates with hiring team for collaboration
  • Ability to create customized emails or use pre-formatted templates to contact individual or multiple candidates
  • Ability to create reports via dashboards on criteria such as sourcing or time-to-hire

Here are the features associated with the Fitzii Assessment tool:

  • Automatically assess an unlimited number of applicants
  • Ability to define qualifications, personality and other cultural fit for companies
  • Ability to set assessment tool as required or optional for candidates to complete
  • Quick assessment – applicants can complete it (including psychometric personality test) in as little as 15 minutes
  • Customized interview guide based on candidate’s specific assessment scoring where hiring managers can see “red flags” and ask questions accordingly
  • Allows applicants to rate their experience of taking the Fitzii Assessment tool

We also want to mention the add-on video screening tool.

Video screening is becoming a bigger feature of many applicant tracking systems, and Fitzii is no exception. For companies that have a lot of applicants to interview for a position and need to narrow them down further, Fitzii can screen candidates via video recordings on behalf of the candidates.

Fitzii asks the candidates up to five pre-recorded questions and then save the recordings for the hiring team to review. The hiring team can then select the candidates they want to interview face to face. Video recordings are beneficial in lieu of phone screens, as they don’t involve hours on the phone.

Another optional feature is the automated reference survey. Rather than spend a lot of time contacting references by phone or email, Fitzii sends anonymous surveys for at least five references (but no more than 25) supplied by the candidates.  The references can complete the survey in under 10 minutes, and the hiring team gets the compiled report within two days.

Implementation/Integration

Companies can sign up by creating an account within Fitzii. The free ATS platform is unlimited, meaning users can access it for as long as they like. However, companies have the option to purchase additional hiring services, which they pay for via credit card. They then work with a dedicated Fitzii Hiring Success Advisor.

For companies that want to purchase Fitzii PRO, this service can be paid for with either a monthly subscription feed (using a credit card) or through yearly invoicing.

Users can also access Fitzii’s Knowledge Base that includes guides, tutorials and FAQs.

Pricing

Fitzii also provides a la carte services to help users make better hires.  They are:

  • Fitzii Assessment ($195 per job posting for an unlimited number of applicants) that includes interview guides and an assessment questionnaire for candidates to complete
  • Professional Job Ad and Success Profile ($295 per job)
  • Career Page Design ($395 per page) for companies that don’t want to create their branded page themselves
  • Managed Shortlisting Service ($495 per job)
  • Recorded Video Screening ($395 per job)
  • Reference surveys ($195 per candidate)

Fitizii also provides monthly subscriptions via its Fitzii PRO packages. They are intended for companies that plan to use the Fitzii Assessment for more than three job postings per month. The packages are:

  • Small ($449 per month) for 5 job slots
  • Medium ($649 per month) for 10 job slots
  • Large ($849 per month) for 15 job slots

Shortcomings

Fitzii doesn’t have resume parsing functionality.

Also, the Careers Page isn’t available as an iFrame.
