Performance Management: Companies adapt performance processes to fit their business with flexible performance management tools. These include automated workflows, a configurable form builder, competency libraries, flexible rating styles and built-in content and tools for helping managers coach, assess and develop their employees. The software has 360-degree feedback functionality for a more complete view of employee performance.

Ongoing Coaching and Feedback:  Employers can keep their employees aligned, motivated and engaged with regular 1:1 meetings. Managers and employees develop conversation starers and an agenda that is automatically populated with employee goals, feedback, and learning activities. Managers can share in-the-moment feedback, recognition and coaching tips to drive development.

Goal Management: This feature links individual goals to organizational goals, so employees have clear line-of-sight into the value and relevance of their work. Employers can easily track, discuss and adjust goals in real-time to keep everyone moving towards success.

Learning and Development: Employers can develop a highly-skilled and engaged workforce with a learning solution that connects on-the-job learning, continuous coaching, and formal development activities directly to their business strategy. Learning content can be imported from any third party provider. Learning can be assigned in the moment of need, and link to desired skills and behaviors to support growth. Employees are empowered to drive their own growth by creating development plans with formal or informal learning that link directly to competencies.

Real-Time Insights: Executives, managers, and HR professionals benefit from instant access to talent development metrics delivered in easy to understand reports. They can track progress on goals, understand the flow of feedback, measure the frequency of 1:1 meetings, identify competency gaps, and measure the effectiveness of learning. They can also stay in tune with their employees using pulse surveys to easily gather insights, instantly analyze results and take action.
