Implementation/Integration

The typical implementation timeline is 60 days, which includes a live two-day training typically hosted in Bozeman, MT called CoLab.

CoLab gives the Wisetail team a chance to develop a personal connection with clients and provide them with great, personalized training for setting up their new LMS and learning best practices.

All clients are given their own Client Experience representative as well. Implementation calls are first weekly, then biweekly, then monthly to ensure clients are gradually able to take control of the solution.
