Knowledge Anywhere comes with three pricing options.

  • Express: The Express option costs $850 a month and is available to 500 active users. It also gives organizations the ability to have two system administrators with standard support and up to 200 course uploads.
  • Professional: The Professional option is $1,800 a month and covers up to 1,000 active learners and five administrators. It also supports unlimited course uploads and a free subscription to Scormify, a SCORM-compliant content conversion tool.
  • Enterprise: The Enterprise option costs $2,900 a month and supports unlimited active users and administrators.


The most basic tier level, Express, does not come with some of the advanced features and integrations of the Professional and Enterprise tiers, requiring customers who want a more customized LMS to opt for a higher tier level.
