We also want to briefly discuss two optional products for the Enterprise plan users: Coach & Share and Perform.

The Coach & Share solution includes elements of social learning to formal training. Companies’ employees who are knowledgeable in specific areas (also known as subject matter experts) can provide help and training to other employees. Employees can contribute their knowledge of their job roles by uploading their notes, files and other assets to Docebo. Companies can also use gamification features to reward trainers and learners.

The Perform solutions is a skills management system that helps companies spot gaps in employees’ skills and close them with targeted learning. Companies can set up a repository and choose from over 13,000 skills; they can also identify skills gaps of specific employees with a drag-and-drop interface. They can then provide specific targeted learning plans to those employees with either formal courses or informal courses such as videos.

Shortcomings

Docebo LMS is not intended for small businesses. Those businesses can check out our other LMS reviews.

Also, training is not offered within the Starter plan. Users will need to rely on the manuals within the knowledge base.

Finally, Docebo doesn’t currently offer a community forum for users to connect with other users. However, that’s in the pipeline for future upgrades.
