APS provides flexible time and attendance solutions that not only streamline HR’s tasks for labor management, but also empower employees with easy-to-use dashboards and a variety of clock-in options.

Time and Labor Management – The time and attendance module allows managers to easily view and manage reported hours on an individual, department or company level. It also automatically sends alerts about missed punches, time-off requests and when an employee is approaching or reaches overtime.

Employee Self-Service – Employees have the ability to access APS dashboards from any device with browser or mobile capabilities. This allows them to manage paid time off (PTO) requests, view time cards and accruals, and receive notifications of approved or denied requests in a clear format.

Time-Clock Solutions – APS offers companies three types of clock-in options: biometric, desktop and clock zones. Your company has the flexibility to choose either one of the options, or a combination of all three.

  1. Biometric – This time clock can verify an employee’s identity by reading the shape of his/her hand.
  2. Desktop – As a centralized punch-in kiosk with online time sheets, the desktop time clock can be used for specific roles or whole departments.
  3. Clock Zones – This mobile clock-in system uses GPS tracking, allowing managers to view where mobile employees are and how often they punch in.
