Employees can access a personalized self-service portal to connect with co-workers, get information about their paychecks and track their leave balances. The software is hosted on the Salesforce App Cloud, which means an organization’s IT staff won’t need to worry about hosting and updates. In addition to seeing their vacation balances and providing peer recognition, employees can access their pay and benefits information, and communicate with their colleagues via the team directory. HR staff and managers can also measure employee engagement with pulse surveys. Employees can access the portal through a web browser or the Sage People mobile app.
