Product Overview

HRsoft offers best of breed talent management solutions designed to improve manager efficiency and effective with HR related tasks. Their entire suite is scalable and configurable – as well as easily integrated with existing HR systems, such as Workday, SAP, Ultimate Software, and Infor. We take a brief look at each suite in our Features section below.


Below are detailed descriptions of each HRsoft module. We’ve also indicated other standard features of the software.

COMPview – Compensation Planning Software: This compensation management module provide companies with a more efficient way of calculating and determining merit-based bonuses and raises. Users who have typically used Excel can benefit from this solution as it uses similar formulas and calculations as Excel – therefore reducing the need for multiple spreadsheets. COMPview provide compensation features, such as automated worksheets, ability to plan budget and compensation scenarios, develop compensation guidelines, and manage equity awards.

REWARDview – Total Rewards Software: This online portal is for employees to review information on their compensation and benefits, such as 401(k), bonuses, equity awards, and medical benefits.  All of this information can be accessed in one place either through an intranet or secured external site. With this module, employees can calculate their benefits and stock option via the built-in calculator.  And employees can find resources on career development via the My Work Life functionality.

STAYview – Stay Interview Software: For employers who have trouble retaining employees and with costs of high turnover, STAYview will be a benefit for them. Instead of employee surveys, STAYview guides managers in having conversations with their employees to get the employee’s thoughts and feedback on his or her role and the company. STAYview’s features include the built-in interview structure for managers, the Stay Plan (an action plan for both manager and employee that follows up discussion from Stay Interviews),  and employee retention and forecasting. HRsoft has recently upgraded it to target companies of all sizes and offers a free 30-day trial.  In larger companies, stay interviews can start with a small team or division before scaling company wide.

CONTENTview – HR Content Management Software: This is a self-service Web portal for employees to access company information, such as company policies, company news, safety information, wellness information, and 401(k)/retirement to name a few.  Benefits of this module include improved productivity, reduced need and time for HR to provide employee support, and reduced instances of miscommunication. CONTENTview provide customized data and portal branding (where companies can design the portal the way they want i.e. include company logo), a dedicated HR FAQ, a Work-Life section, a payroll and financial planning area, and a dedicated tab for company policies.

PERFORMview – Performance Management Software: This performance management module provides an automated way of creating and tracking employee performance. It include features, such as goal setting, goal review and approval, 360-degree feedback,  and built-in templates of reviews and core competencies. Managers can also access employee performance anytime, anywhere, as well as develop action plans for each employee.

RECRUITview – Applicant Tracking Software: This module is HRsoft’s applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps recruiters and managers hire more efficiently, as well as lower HR and IT costs. Some of the features include a customized career site that allows the hiring team to post job descriptions internally and externally and view online applications. RECRUITview also includes templates and forms that helps the recruiter screen applicants and develop job descriptions and applications.  The solution also keeps track of hiring tax credits as well as regulatory compliance, such as the EEOC.
