Saba Learning:  Saba Learning supports a self-driven learning experience for people and teams that’s personalized, customized and scalable. It offers robust analytics and reporting to measure the impact of formal or informal learning on performance outcomes.

Saba LearningIntegrates seamlessly to third party learning content providers, such as LinkedIn Learning, OpenSesame, SkillSoft and more. Key capabilities include self-discovered informal learning; career development; video learning; micro learning; formal learning; social learning; gamified learning; and extended enterprise.

Saba Performance:  Saba Performance provides ongoing performance management capabilities to feed an employee development experience aligned to corporate strategy. It connects to Saba’s Learning solution to provide employees access to training and skill development opportunities.

The module offers real-time analytics and reporting to track key talent metrics and measure the impact of talent programs on performance. Key capabilities include support for employee feedback and coaching, manager-employee check-ins, goal management, agile performance reviews, and a library of competency descriptions.

Real-time Engagement Insights: Saba’s organizational pulse survey solution makes it easy for organizations to gather feedback from employees on the impact that their Talent Development programs are having on employee engagement. By measuring engagement metrics on a regular basis, organizations will have a greater understanding of their employees’ needs so they can take the right actions to improve the employee experience.  Key capabilities include pulse surveys, pre- or post-class surveys, customized engagement surveys, dashboards and heatmaps, and action plans.

Saba Recruiting: Saba Recruiting provides a connected and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams, decreases the time-to-fill rate and accelerates the new hire’s time to productivity. It offers the ability to post to an internal job board or external career sites, including LinkedIn, Monster and via social media links, to increase the number of potential candidates and referral hires.

Connected to Saba’s Learning solution, the onboarding features provide smart recommendations for learning that can effectively integrate new employees into the organization. Key capabilities include predictive intelligence to rank potential applicants and identify internal candidates, configurable workflows, collaborative and social hiring team workspaces, real-time video interviewing, local job requisition support, multiple & branded career sites, and onboarding.

Saba Compensation:  Saba’s compensation solution provides insight into employee performance, market and historical compensation information, so that employees can be rewarded in a way that’s fair and accurate.  Key capabilities include manager dashboards, budget planning and forecasting that handles multi-national and multi-currency, smart and automated workflows, and real-time reporting.

Saba Succession: Saba’s Succession solution helps organizations quickly assess the health of the organization and fill skill gaps, engage and develop employees for future roles, and fill roles created by unexpected departures quickly. Key capabilities include talent pools, development plans, career planning, candidate assessments, talent dashboards, and reporting and analytics.

Saba Org Planning: Saba’s solution aggregates and visualizes corporate data, so HR teams and executives can perform strategic workforce modeling and build optimal organization structures that drive company goals.  Saba’s visual and easy-to-use organizational charts also show key performance indicators for employees and teams, so that problems are addressed quickly and effectively. Key capabilities include org charts, what-if modeling, KPI’s, talent benchmarking, collaborative workspaces, transition management, and compliance management.

To create a great employee experience form the start, Saba has developed and refined a proven implementation process, where a dedicated Saba Business Consultant partners with the customer to understand their business objectives and designs the implementation requirements to meet those goals.
