Kenexa Talent Suite At A Glance
Product Overview
Note: The Kenexa Talent Suite was acquired by Infinite Computer Solutions, a global technology solution provider headquartered in Rockville, MD. This solution has since been rebranded as Infinite BrassRing Platform.
The IBM Kenexa Talent Suite is the first platform offered by IBM since it acquired Kenexa in late 2012. This platform not only benefits HR and managers but also appeals to C-level executives (such as a Chief Human Resource Officer) as Big Data and analytics are used to help in finding and attracting the best employees.
The IBM Kenexa Talent Suite has the following functions integrated into its platform:
- IBM Kenexa Talent Acquisition Suite for hiring and onboarding employees,
- IBM Kenexa Talent Optimization Suite for performance and succession management and compensation planning, and
- IBM Kenexa Talent Insights for HR and managers that want to perform analytics in helping attract and retain employees.
This platform also focuses on social collaboration. There is a Newsfeed component similar to Facebook and LinkedIn that allow users to post status updates, comment and/or like posts, and send messages to others.
There is also a Communities component where users can communicate with others within the network. Recruiters can even source and keep track of candidates and new employee can participate in the onboarding process straight from the platform.
Overall, the IBM Kenexa Talent Suite is a good buy for companies that want to save time and money by having their recruiting, learning, performance, and other talent management functions in a single solution.

Also there are reports that customer service is not timely — there is a delayed response time from tech support, even if the issue is not severe.
