Implementation/Integration
The implementation process can take anywhere from six to 10 weeks, depending on the number of modules purchased and the client’s needs. The neonHCM implementation team starts the process with a welcome call that introduces the client to the account manager and to discuss timelines and expectations of the implementation. After the welcome call, the team creates a implementation schedule for each module.
The vendor prefers to roll out each module separately so as to help the client familiarize themselves with one module before moving onto the next.
Training sessions are conducted by neonHCM remotely before the go-live date.
