Some users have reported that the interface of GetResponse template builder is limited and that the default templates are outdated. Moreover, GetResponse doesn’t have a free plan for beginner email marketers like MailChimp does. Its free trial, however, includes a staggering 1,000 contacts, which is higher than most email marketing companies.
