  • The Premier plan costs $399 per month for 10,000 contacts and includes online selling features.

Customers are required to pay a one-time fee for one of three implementation packages.

  • Kickstart ($499) includes three one-on-one coaching sessions, data migration, reporting and dashboard setup, and two check-in sessions after implementation.
  • Kickstart Plus ($999) provides five coaching sessions, advanced data migration, basic integrations, and help with e-commerce and sales pipeline setup.
  • Kickstart Pro (starting at $1,999) offers a dedicated project manager, post-setup training, advanced integrations, and affiliate tracking and internal business process setup.


Infusionsoft requires all customers to go through its Kickstart onboarding program, which has a steep price starting at $499. Because of this, Infusionsoft experts have mentioned that the software is best suited for small businesses that make at least $150,000 in revenue or have 1,000 engaged contacts. Startup companies, solopreneurs and small businesses that aren’t able to pay the Kickstart fee should consider cheaper alternatives while the business grows.
