Worklogic HRIS At A Glance
Product Overview
Worklogic HRIS is a human resource management system designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses. It’s a cloud-based solution that helps businesses (especially ones that don’t have dedicated HR staff) streamline common HR tasks within one system.
Worklogic HRIS has a modular design that includes payroll, time and attendance, onboarding and performance review features. It also includes a self-service employee portal for updating personnel data, and viewing pay history and leave balance.
We go into detail about these modules in our Features section below. However, we want to highlight a unique module: its customer relationship management (CRM) system.
The CRM module stores contacts and tracks activities of sales prospects and clients. With the module, the sales team has access to customizable dashboards that send real-time notifications about the status of each lead.
Features
Here are some of the main features of Worklogic HRIS:
Payroll – The integrated payroll module includes one-click payroll; built-in rules to accommodate overtime, employee leave and payroll deductions; and payroll reports, such as payroll summaries and invoice history.
Time and attendance – The time and attendance module includes a web-based time clock so employees can punch in and out whether or not they’re in the office. Managers can also schedule shifts and approve employees’ time-off requests. Time and attendance data transfers to the integrated payroll module.
Onboarding – With the onboarding module, new hires can fill out paperwork and add their signatures electronically. The portal includes an acknowledgement system that alerts HR whether new hires have completed and signed the paperwork. Companies can also design their own employee handbooks and update them at any time.
Employee self-service portal – Employees have their own dedicated portal for tasks such as requesting time off, viewing documents, and making direct deposit and deduction changes. There’s also an employee engagement feature where companies can offer discount programs to employees that range from gift cards for restaurants to discounts at hotels and amusement parks.
There’s also a document management module for storing employee data and documents. Administrators can set permissions for who can view and edit the documents.
