With an easy-to-use single-platform interface, bouncing between various HR-related tasks including payroll, benefits management and talent management, is simple.

Namely also has an Android and iOS app so users can access its features on the go.

HR

Namely includes a flexible, user-friendly database that keeps all employee information in one place. Functions like request approvals and task delegation are streamlined with efficient workflows. The scalable features are:

New clients work with Namely’s dedicated implementation team, including its Client Relationship Manager who can guide them on the process. While timelines vary per client, the implementation process tends to follow five key steps: kick-off, initiation, configuration, validation and deployment. Namely also offer data migration services, as well as best practices.

Customer Service & Support

Namely has a help community for users to access FAQs, create support tickets, watch tutorials and engage with other users in a forum. Users can also request a callback from Namely’s support team or call its general service line.

Pricing

Namely provides its HR Fundamentals package that includes features, such as a company news feeds, employee directory, organization chart, reporting, analytics, performance/goals management, onboarding and time-off management. Note that this package is required.
