ITS Dispatch At A Glance
Product Overview
ITS Dispatch is a transportation management system (TMS) to help carriers and freight brokerage companies to efficiently track their drivers and loads. By automating many tasks, such as IFTA reporting, organizations won’t need to rely on paperwork. ITS Dispatch is deployed in the cloud, so users can access it from any device.
The software has several benefits, such as:
- Better organization
- Customizable features (e.g., company branding on documents)
- Increased revenue
- Transparent pricing
Features
ITS Dispatch has many features for both carriers and brokers. We’ve listed several of its keys ones below.
Document management – Users can easily create, send and store documents in the software, such as invoices, driver settlements, load confirmation, customer agreements and Bill of Ladings (BOL). In addition, brokers can also set up and send carrier payables documents. Users can add in their company’s logo to the documents.
Other features – ITS Dispatch supports unlimited load tracking and integration with QuickBooks. Users can track preventative maintenance on their trucks (note this feature is available for carriers only) and message their drivers. Additional features include reporting and sales management.
IFTA Reporting – This optional feature helps carriers stay in compliance with their state’s fuel tax regulations. Mileage, fuel usage and other data are pulled from on-road devices, and the ProMiles software automatically calculates mileage tax. Carriers can easily access the IFTA forms and sort mileage and gallons by state.
