Web Work Azzier At A Glance

Good: CMMS can be configured for virtually any industry; features can be configured to each user, group, or department; data migration, scrubbing and conversion services are all offered.
Bad: Too robust for clients with very basic workflow requirements.
Bottom Line: Fully configurable for a company's specific needs - also scalable and accessible on all mainstream browsers and mobile devices.

Implementation/Integration

The Web Work Azzier implementation process is carried out by Tero’s Professional Services Group. This team works with clients to develop an implementation plan that is specific to the company’s needs. This includes defining the company’s goals for using the software, determining who will be using the software, as well as identifying differences in the company’s current procedures and desired procedures.

The services team will define custom features for the client’s maintenance practice, detailing the actual implementation of the system (interfaces and data integration). Under the client’s direction the Tero team will create and implement the plan optimizing the use of Azzier.

Within the implementation framework, Tero performs data migration services, screen and/or report development, if required.

Training allows companies to maximize the benefit they receive from the Azzier maintenance management system. Implemented correctly, a maintenance system can improve efficiency from 17 to 25%.
