Product Overview

MPulse Maintenance Software provides solutions designed for companies of any size, as well as for facility managers, equipment maintenance managers, financial managers, and IT managers. Its software comes in four editions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Bronze – Intended for maintenance managers, the Bronze edition is an entry-level solution that provides basic features, such as preventive maintenance and work order management. This solution is designed for assets such as equipment and buildings.

Silver – This edition is designed to accommodate three or more concurrent users, plus assets such as equipment, buildings, and one additional asset type (vehicles, grounds, or rooms). Not only does it provide PM and work order management functionality, the Silver edition also includes unlimited service requester licenses (the ability to receive and manage service requests from an unlimited number of users).

Gold – The Gold edition includes more sophisticated functions, such as the ability to manage all asset types, advanced inventory management functionality, easy customization with the ability to add unlimited custom tabs and fields, and financial tracking. It is designed not only for facility and maintenance managers, but has advanced features financial managers need, as well. The Gold edition accommodates five or more concurrent users.

Platinum – This edition includes all of MPulse’s standard maintenance features, including feature extension modules (which were either not available or only optional on the other three editions). It is designed for large, sophisticated maintenance operations in facilities and industrial environments with complex scheduling, tracking, and reporting requirements. It can accommodate 10 or more concurrent users.

MPulse also offers its Enterprise Management Suite (EMS) for companies that have separate locations and/or databases and want to manage them in a centralized way. It provides features such as single-screen views of assets, the ability to transfer inventory from location to another, and enterprise reporting.

We’ve indicated several of MPulse’s common features below (they can be either optional or standard depending on the edition purchased). We’ll briefly describe the features that are included in each edition:

Bronze – In addition to PM and work order management, the Bronze edition includes these following features: inventory management, employee records, a maintenance advisor dashboard (where users can easily find and access pertinent information), barcode printing and input, easy-to-use graphical reporting, and ability to integrate MPulse with other media (documents, videos, etc). It also has the Asset Status Board, which allows users to view the health of ALL their assets on one screen.

Silver – The Silver edition includes all of the Bronze’s features plus: unlimited service request management functionality and key & lock management (for managing which employees has access to company’s assets).

Gold – The Gold edition includes all of the features of the Bronze and Silver, plus these features: vendor management, advanced inventory control, budgeting & tracking, ability to track the life of an asset, and unlimited ability to create custom tabs and fields.  The vendor management functionality allows users to track vendor availability, history of vendor when performing certain work, and specific services provided all in one place.
