FAMIS 360 At A Glance
Product Overview
Accruent offers three facility management solutions that’s tailored to specific industries. The focus of this review will be on its FAMIS 360 software.
FAMIS 360 is a cloud-based system that’s designed to help companies, schools and government facilities efficiently manage their buildings and assets. It provides many benefits, including:
- Preparing for emergencies
- Managing the work order lifecycle
- Streamlining the inspection process
- Complying with federal and state regulatory requirements
- Managing security and visitor access
FAMIS 360 can be integrated with Accruent’s VFA capital planning solutions and other third-party systems, such as ERP software and HRMS solutions.
Features
FAMIS 360 includes robust maintenance management features, such as work order management and preventative maintenance. Its additional features are:
- Key Control – Schools and corporations can manage room keys and other security concerns of multiple campuses via a single database. Users can track the history of individual keys, including the dates and groups that were assigned the key. One main benefit of the feature is to reduce the costs and labor of rekeying the building.
- Utilities and Energy Management – This feature helps organizations better manage their energy use. They can configure the meters as assets and track work orders and other maintenance processes associated with each meter. In addition, they can track billing, consumption and other metrics with the reporting tools.
- Space Management – This module allows facilities managers to schedule and monitor room assignments of their buildings. Some of its features include automated assignments, square footage tracking, bottleneck capacity planning, workflows and reporting.
- Mobile app – Users can track their work orders from the field, including leaving comments, capturing pictures and requesting materials.
