Shortcomings

Certain features have been reported as operating too slowly in PeopleFluent, in particular the search function, which was noted as being too complicated and requiring too many steps and filters to perform simple searches. In general, the number of steps that were required to complete many actions was considered to be overly-laborious and sometimes frustrating and time-consuming.

Others had trouble with the split recruitment systems. PeopleFluent consists of a recruiter tool, business objects reporting tool, the RM administration tool, and the traditional administration tool. The split into separate systems makes it more clumsy to maintain, though PeopleFluent is working on a way to bridge these platforms more closely together.
