PeopleMatter SCHEDULE is an employee scheduling software for service-oriented industries, such as retail, food and hospitality. The software works in four steps:

  1. Manager creates the schedule with SCHEDULE’s schedule maker, templates or availabilities feature
  2. Manager sends out schedule to all employees electronically
  3. Manager coordinates any shift changes or time-off requests
  4. Manager finds ways of making scheduling better, such as with reports, forecasting or cost control

PeopleMatter SCHEDULE provides several benefits, such as:

Implementation/Integration

Since PeopleMatter is a Web-based system, its implementation process is shorter than that of an on-premise solution.

Its standard implementation process is as follows:

  • Settings training – This is a webinar that provides training for the client to configure PeopleMatter settings.
  • Workflow review session – During the course of two sessions, PeopleMatter and the client review and finalize configurations.
  • Primary admin training – This is a training webinar intended for a client’s corporate HR and project team.
  • Front-line manager training – This training is intended for a client’s front-line managers.
  • Post go-live check-in – The implementation process is wrapped up and transitioned to PeopleMatter’s customer support team.

In addition to the training mentioned above, PeopleMatter offers instructor-led and recorded webinars on a weekly basis. Clients can also receive a copy of a recorded training session that’s customized especially for them.
