PeopleMatter LEARN is a training system for service-industry professionals. It provides several benefits, such as:

LEARN has analytical tools and reports to help companies measure the success of training programs. It can be integrated with PeopleMatter’s other workforce modules.

PeopleMatter LEARN works in four steps:

  1. Employers build their own content either from third parties or by using content from LEARN’s library. They can create an unlimited number of courses about an unlimited number of topics.
  2. Employers create their own customized courses that include prerequisites, assignments and tests.
  3. Employers provide online training to their employees.
  4. Employers measure training performance with reports and LEARN’s smartphone app.

Implementation/Integration

Since PeopleMatter is a web-based system, its implementation process is shorter than an on-premise solution.

Its standard implementation process is as follows:

  • Settings training – Webinar that provides training for the client to configure PeopleMatter settings
  • Workflow review session – During the course of two sessions, PeopleMatter and the client review and finalize configurations.
  • Primary admin training – This is a training webinar intended for a client’s corporate HR and project team.
  • Front line manager training – This training is intended for a client’s front line managers.
  • Post go-live check-in – The implementation process is wrapped up and transitions to PeopleMatter customer support team.

In addition to the training mentioned above, PeopleMatter offers instructor-led and recorded webinars on a weekly basis. Clients can also receive a copy of the recorded training session that is customized especially for them.

Pricing

PeopleMatter offers three pricing plans: PeopleMatter Go, PeopleMatter Pro and PeopleMatter Enterprise. The PeopleMatter Go plan starts at $89 a month and is for small businesses looking for basic features. Specific prices aren’t available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Shortcomings

PeopleMatter LEARN is targeted to very specific industry niches. Companies in other industries may want to check out other learning management systems.

Also, as LEARN is part of a modular system, it may not integrate with third-party systems.
