Lanteria HR is a unified human resources solution with several modules to cover all HR duties from recruitment to retirement. We’ve reviewed its Core HR module, and this review will focus on its learning management solution.

With the Lanteria learning management system (LMS) module, companies can administer and track employee training. Because it’s part of a modular structure, there’s no need to manually re-enter learner information. Data can be transferred from the Core HR module.

Administrators can create learning catalogs that are accessible and searchable for employees. Each learning catalog includes materials such as course topics, documents, videos and quizzes. It can be filtered by category, job role or competency.

Like Lanteria’s other modules, its LMS component is based on SharePoint.


Here are three key features of Lanteria’s LMS module:

  1. Managers can plan their training schedule via the built-in training calendar. The calendar uses color-coded components to describe the type of training or job role.
  2. Quizzes, courses and other content can be customized based on a company’s needs. The solution has a Quiz Builder for creating short quizzes. Managers can also track certification requirements.
  3. Lanteria includes a dashboard for analyzing and reporting learning data. Reports can be based on learner data, course activity data, course materials and more.
