Product Overview

The Brainier LMS is a cloud-based learning management system that empowers organizations to create personalized learning experiences. Using an intuitive interface, learners can choose what data they wish to see using built-in gadgets. Each group in the LMS can be branded to have its own look and feel, even custom system labels.

Learning content is available anytime, anywhere, from any device. Administrators can create individualized learning tracks and automate processes like onboarding procedures. The Brainier LMS empowers administrators with complete oversight of all learning activities. The analytics suite includes static reports, automated/recurring reports and the SMART report, which displays all data on a single user or group.

The Brainier LMS uses machine learning to recommend relevant learning content for ongoing learning. Brainier offers many off-the-shelf integrations with HRIS platforms, video conferencing tools, performance and talent management solutions, and more.

One unique feature we want to point out is that Brainier LMS supports xAPI for tracking and reporting of activities of a user’s learning experience.
