Top Alternatives to Grovo

Compared to other vendors we’ve reviewed, Grovo’s pricing plans are more affordable. However, the microlearning approach may not be every company’s cup of tea.  Here are two other alternatives using the pay-per-learner pricing strategy.

Configio: Configio’s pricing consists of four subscription plans that range from Starter ($55 per user per month) to Enterprise ($275 per user per month). In addition to its LMS solution, Configio offers customer relationship management (CRM), time tracking, ecommerce and email campaign management features. LMS features are only included in the Business ($155 per user monthly) and Enterprise plans.

Schoox: Schoox offers a free 30-day trial and three subscription plans. The Light Academy plan is priced at $149 a month and covers up to 25 employees. The Professional Academy plan costs $249 monthly and includes 26 to 50 employees. The Enterprise Academy plan is for companies with more than 50 learners and costs $4 per learner per month. All three plans include the same features, but different storage amounts for content.

With its three subscription-based pricing plans, Grovo provides microlearning content in the form of 60-second videos in a variety of topics. However, if you’re looking for a different approach to learning, there are other LMS solutions on the market.
