WizIQ LMS Pricing Details

WizIQ offers two pricing plans for its LMS based on the number of users. Prices start at $1 per user, per month and are available by quote. The two plans are:


The Elite plan includes many features, such as:

Live Classroom

The Live Classroom solution allows companies to deliver live training courses via their website, their WizIQ account or another LMS software. Its pricing start at $18 per trainer, per month, and there are three plans that each requires a custom quote. Note that regardless of the plan they select, clients can also optionally purchase additional recordings, data storage and a high-def (720p) video recording quality. The three plans are:


The Professional plan is intended for individual trainers and comes with a dedicated classroom for each trainer and options for up to 10, 25 or 50 participants. Other features are:

  • Up to 120 minutes (two hours) per class
  • Up to 10 GB data storage
  • Up to 10 recordings per trainer per month
  • Audio/video communication
  • Chat
  • Whiteboard
  • Content library
  • The ability to share any file format (e.g., video, PowerPoint, PDF)

  • MP4 recording on the cloud

The Enterprise plan targets organizations with more than one trainer (e.g., colleges) and includes all of the features of the Professional plan, plus:

  • Up to 10, 25, 50 or 100 participants
  • Up to 300 minutes (five hours) per class
  • Up to 50 GB data storage
  • Up to 15 recordings per trainer per month
  • Integration with organization’s website or app via application programming interface (API)
  • Email support


WizIQ has a pay-per-use pricing plan for companies that aren’t sure of their usage patterns. It uses a per-minute pricing strategy, and clients can get up to 300 attendees per class, as well as the features of the Enterprise plan, plus live chat and phone support.


The WizIQ LMS has two scalable pricing plans, and organizations can opt to purchase the Live Classroom software, too. Because WizIQ only displays a starting price, prospects will need to contact the vendor for a custom quote.
