Grovo Learning At A Glance
Product Overview
Nowadays, many people don’t have time to read and retain large amounts of information.
Grovo understands this, hence its microlearning approach to training.
Grovo’s product consists of thousands of microlearning (60-second) videos geared to many workplace topics, such as management, onboarding, social media, company core values and more. The video library is frequently updated with new topics and can be customized based on a company’s needs.
Grovo promotes these five benefits of microlearning:
- Shorter content keeps employees engaged and interested in learning.
- Employees are continuously learning and improving.
- Employees can access training videos anywhere, anytime.
- Assessments that come with each lesson are based on real-world experience.
- Customers work with Grovo’s account management team to better align training with company culture.
Grovo’s product suite consists of Content, Platform, Integration and Service. We’ll talk more about them in the Features and Implementation sections below.
Features
Grovo’s Content module consists of Grovo’s training library, as well as the optional Content-as-a-Service and Translation-as-a-Service add-ons. Training administrators can also upload their own company content.
The videos in Grovo’s training library are written by subject experts and produced by professional animators. All videos are created and produced in-house.
Videos have been created about various topics, such as:
- Social media
- Online marketing
- Project management
- Professional skills
The Platform module includes a dashboard to help trainers measure success of their programs. Trainers can create additional programs, add users, evaluate who needs training, track who has completed training, and rank top and bottom performers. Administrators can also use the built-in reporting tools to measure performance.
Real-time reports can be custom-filtered based on time frames, department/division, job titles, scores by users and more. Users can also drill down for information such as specific training courses, completion dates and scores.
Grovo provides weekly automated reports on training progress, which the administrator can download into CSV files.

Implementation/Integration
Each client is assigned a two-person account management team: an Account Manager and a Client Success Manager.
The role of the Account Manager is to help companies achieve their long-term goals with using Grovo, while the Client Success Manager provides day-to-day resources on the software itself and any ongoing project management.
As part of the Service portion of the product suite, Grovo offers clients a learning advisory cycle that consists of:
- Discovery – In this phase, Grovo and the client work together to figure out the client’s goals for training, suggest training content and develop a long-term strategy.
- Execution – The training programs get implemented, and Grovo helps train the administrators and users.
- Optimization – Grovo and the client review the performance of the training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
Customer Service & Support
Grovo provides 24/7 email support and phone support during its regular business hours (9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday). There are also self-paced product tutorials.
