Bad: Not targeted to small businesses.
Bottom Line: Centralized HCM platform designed to help mid-sized companies manage their workers.

Product Overview

Note: SyncHR has been acquired by PrimePay. To learn more about PrimePay, head over to our review.

SyncHR is an enterprise-class human capital management (HCM) system designed to help mid-sized organizations easily manage their workforce. It’s a cloud-based platform that delivers unparalleled levels of automation for HR, benefits, payroll and related reporting.

Because it’s an HCM solution built on a single, patented database, SyncHR has a real-time single record for each employee with all HR, benefits and payroll data so HR staff doesn’t need to manually enter data into different systems or pass data between systems.

SyncHR can be configured based on a company’s needs. Not only is SyncHR beneficial for managers, employees and HR, but it’s helpful for IT, Finance and executive management. IT won’t have to worry about purchasing hardware or performing server maintenance. Upper management can use the built-in reporting and analytics features with real-time access to data needed for business decisions. And one of the benefits for Finance would be the lower total cost of ownership and integration into an enterprise resource planning (ERP) and/or accounting system.

The SyncHR HCM platform includes a core system comprised of Human Resource Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting and Analytics. We’ll talk more about them in our Features section below.

SyncHR offers additional modules for recruiting, performance management, time and attendance, and learning management.
