As part of its Client for Life philosophy, PeopleStrategy evaluates the potential client much like the potential client would evaluate the software. This is done to make sure the relationship will work going forward and that the software will work for the client.

As part of this evaluation, PeopleStrategy follows a consultative engagement process that includes a thorough discovery, demo and needs analysis to better understand each prospect’s specific needs and to identify what they’re looking for in an HR solution.

The client is assigned a dedicated Client Success Partner (CSP) after a contract is signed to help them manage the implementation process and to serve as a point of contact after the solution is live. The CSP conducts regular reviews to ensure PeopleStrategy is continuing to meet the client’s needs.

The implementation process typically takes 60 to 90 days, depending on the modules purchased and the complexity of the implementation. A clear, concise and detailed Implementation Plan with validated estimated requirements and a timeline will be developed with the client. The implementation fee includes training for system administrators, which is delivered virtually.

Customer Service & Support

In addition to the CSP, PeopleStrategy offers online technical support, product and user documentation as well as live support staff that are accessible by email and phone.

PeopleStrategy continuously solicits feedback from its clients via multiple surveys conducted throughout the year and quarterly reviews with the CSP team.


PeopleStrategy follows a simple pricing model consisting of a Per Employee Per Month fee for the technology and a one-time implementation fee. The PEPM will range from $16 – $33 depending on the modules purchased and other employer details.


PeopleStrategy does not offer a comprehensive talent management suite, but it does integrate with third-party providers.
