• Employee Self-Service Tools – Organizations can create a more transparent work culture with a personalized portal for employees to give them access to their pay information, PTO requests and balance, employer handbook and personal data to ensure it is up to date.
• Custom Workflows – Administrators can customize workflows to support their specific HR processes. With new automations running, HR can focus on strategic initiatives and people instead of data entry. Businesses save time, decrease costs and reduce their environmental footprint with cloud-based solutions.
• Data Integration – Arcoro’s Core HR module can integrate with systems, such as project and workforce management, payroll and benefits carriers. With its integrations, fields in one system are mapped to fields of another system to accurately and securely transfer relevant information.
• Time-off Tracking – HR staff can track the company’s overall vacation and sick leave statistics via a dashboard, while managers can approve employee time-off requests with a single click. There’s also a calendar view that lets employees and managers see their team’s vacation/sick days, including holidays and blackout dates.
• Surveys – Users can customize employee surveys, including keeping responses anonymous, and collect feedback in real time. They can measure survey results via a dashboard, too.
• Data and Compliance Reporting – Arcoro Core HR provides prebuilt and custom reports on various metrics. Users can schedule the reports or send them ad hoc to specific individual or groups, and they can also import and export reports. This feature also supports additional compliance metrics, such as California Pay, EEO-1 and Vets 4212.
• ACA Compliance – This features helps companies stay in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements by automatically generating Forms 1094 and 1095 and sends alerts to employees when they become eligible for ACA benefits. There’s also a birthdate tool that calculate healthcare costs when employees and their dependents hit qualifying age brackets. Employees can also access and print out 1095-C forms in their account. Finally, the ACA Compliance module offers additional forms, such as the EIN reporting and FTE/ALE forecasting.
