Benefits administration is further optimized by combining with features like Carrier Connections and COBRA administration, for complete management of employee benefits.

The Affordable Care Act solution allows users to manage ACA compliance and reporting in a unified platform. Eligible employees can easily be tracked, which minimizes compliance risks, and 1094-C/1095-C reporting can be e-filed so that managers can eliminate manual processes.

Application integrations are available for many external systems, including general ledger, point of sale, time and attendance, and more so that companies only need to use one HR system.
