IFS Cloud At A Glance
Product Overview
IFS Cloud is a new product that integrates the capabilities of Service Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Asset Management into one platform. It handles a wide variety of business functions, and the main modules are: Finance, Human Capital Management, Projects, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Commerce, Asset Management and Service Management.
IFS Cloud is an agile solution, meaning it can quickly adapt to a business or industry’s changing needs and technology. Companies can have the software customized with the modules they need rather than purchase different software. They can also decide to add new modules over time as their business needs change.
While IFS Cloud is deployed in the cloud, organizations can opt to install it on their servers (on-premise) or in a private cloud architecture. It also has standards-based Open APIs, so administrators can integrate the software with third-party applications. IFS Cloud has a customizable user experience, including branded designs, adaptability to desktops, browsers or mobile devices, offline-capable mobile apps and a chatbot that performs daily tasks by voice or text.
