Product Overview

Real Asset Management’s (RAM) Maintenance5000 CMMS helps to reduce equipment downtime by preparing for both expected and unexpected maintenance work. The software helps to reduce equipment failure and the associated costs of lost productivity.

RAM’s CMMS software allows users to track the entire history of its assets, including costs of maintenance, parts, work orders, and schedules. It also can be integrated with the company’s existing ERP system.

Features

Asset Register – A centralized fixed asset register allows users to view the complete maintenance history of their assets and other relevant asset information. The asset register is fully customizable in terms of structure, fields, and user access.

Helpdesk / Work Orders – Work orders and requests can be created anytime from any location via a web browser. They can also include notes within the specific work order, as well as attach files (pictures, documents, etc). The status of the work order, whether it’s scheduled, overdue or complete, is color coded.

Mobile Access – Users can access any maintenance information (work orders, manuals, etc.) at any time, from anywhere – data can be updated on the mobile device (such as Windows Mobile, iOS or Android). Access is available via Wi-Fi or 3G, and information can even be accessed if device is offline.

Preventive Maintenance / Reactive Maintenance – For planned maintenance, the CMMS solution allows for scheduling planned tasks through a color-coded calendar; the system also records the details and contracts of scheduled external work done by contractors. The solution helps handle reactive maintenance by generating work orders from the helpdesk and color coding job priorities and status.

Stores Management – This functionality helps track and maintain all inventory – users can access information such as prices, item location and contact details. Users can also take advantage of the “Stock Browser” feature to identify items quickly.

Reporting – Access real-time maintenance information provided through any of obver 100 standard reports on equipment performance, labor use, maintenance schedules, and more.

The CMMS solution also helps maintain information associated with contract maintenance and SLAs, assign employees to specific maintenance jobs, and providing dashboard and reporting tools in the form of 100 reporting templates, which includes equipment performance and PPM schedules.

Implementation/Integration

Maintenance5000 is a web-based system. A dedicated Account Manager and Implementation Specialist guide customers through the implementation process. Real Asset Management provides a variety of training options including on-site training sessions.

Customer Service & Support

Real Asset Management provides technical support via phone and email. Technical support is based in the United States and the team is available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM CST. Should additional support hours be needed, there are other helpdesks located within different time zones.  Customers can expect to hear from a helpdesk consultant once the case is logged and assigned.

Customers also have access to a dedicated client advocate who checks in on them and ensures all needs are met.

Shortcomings

Real Asset Management does not offer space management functionality.
