Simplicity Software Technologies sells two CMMS systems: PM Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator. We will briefly describe PM Coordinator but the focus of the review will be on Maintenance Coordinator.
PM Coordinator has all of the standard CMMS features (work orders, asset management, etc) but doesn’t include inventory or purchasing functions.
Maintenance Coordinator, on the other hand, includes inventory and purchasing features, plus all of the other standard CMMS functions. It is split into two editions: Standard and Professional. We explain them more in the Features section below.
The prices for Maintenance Coordinator is listed below. Please note that the Maintenance Coordinator’s data storage is available in either Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL Server Express.

Maintenance Coordinator is primarily an on-premised solution but users can optionally purchase an Internet hosting solution. This also includes mobile access from any Windows, Android, or Apple devices.

Simplicity Software Technologies provides training and implementation packages, based on weekly increments. They are listed below. The packages contain basic implementation (maintenance data is entered into the system) and training services. Implementation and training are done at the company’s site.
- One week: $9,950
- Two weeks: $18,950

Users can submit a service request online via Simplicity’s support page. Simplicity also provides training manuals and videos.

Maintenance Coordinator is not compatible with Mac computers.
