Product Overview

TrackerRMS is a relationship management system that combines recruiting, sales and customer relationship management (CRM) functionality. It’s designed for recruitment and staffing companies that provide job candidates to their clients, since those companies have multiple departments (such as sales or support) that typically work with different systems.

As TrackerRMS is an all-in-one solution, multiple users can access information within one centralized system, which increases productivity and efficiency.

TrackerRMS has four modules: recruitment, sales & CRM, onboarding and analytics. We’ll briefly discuss each module in our Features section below.

TrackerRMS is deployed in the cloud, so companies won’t have to worry about hosting or managing data on their servers.

Implementation/Integration

Companies that purchase the Premier plan will get a dedicated Client Success Manager who will go over their needs and requirements at the start of the implementation process. Also included in the Premier plan, TrackerRMS will migrate data from a client’s former applicant tracking system.

The implementation timeline can vary per client depending on software needs and any customization required.

Clients that purchase the Academy plan can expect a shorter implementation period. They’ll get a contract within 24 hours of online signup. Once they sign the agreement, they’ll get an intake call. Clients will receive login information within 24 hours of the intake call.

Academy clients won’t get a dedicated account manager or any training or support beyond the Academy lessons that consist of 18 videos on various TrackerRMS features. TrackerRMS does provide initial software configuration and a ticket support system to Academy plan users.

Customer Service & Support

Users can submit a support ticket via their TrackerRMS accounts. Premier plan users can also reach out to their Client Success Manager to troubleshoot issues or ask questions.

Pricing

TrackerRMS has two pricing tiers: Academy and Premier

Premier – The Premier tier is priced at $95 per user, per month. It includes all features of the Academy plan, plus the following:

  • Custom reporting functionality
  • Multiple custom forms and online signatures
  • A dedicated implementation manager
  • A dedicated account manager
  • Data migration services
  • Premium job board posting
  • Premium job board searching

Academy – The Academy tier is intended for companies with one to four users. It costs $55 per user, per month. It includes the following features:

  • Free job board posting, including company’s website
  • Outlook/Gmail integration
  • Mobile functionality
  • Invoicing
  • Standard reporting functionality
  • Fields, workflows and permissions customized for the company

Shortcomings

TrackerRMS doesn’t include interviewing toolkits or background checking functionality.
