Product Overview

TrackerRMS is a relationship management system that combines recruiting, sales and customer relationship management (CRM) functionality. It’s designed for recruitment and staffing companies that provide job candidates to their clients, since those companies have multiple departments (such as sales or support) that typically work with different systems.

As TrackerRMS is an all-in-one solution, multiple users can access information within one centralized system, which increases productivity and efficiency.

TrackerRMS has four modules: recruitment, sales & CRM, onboarding and analytics. We’ll briefly discuss each module in our Features section below.

TrackerRMS is deployed in the cloud, so companies won’t have to worry about hosting or managing data on their servers.

Companies that purchase the Premier plan will get a dedicated Client Success Manager who will go over their needs and requirements at the start of the implementation process. Also included in the Premier plan, TrackerRMS will migrate data from a client’s former applicant tracking system.

The implementation timeline can vary per client depending on software needs and any customization required.

Clients that purchase the Academy plan can expect a shorter implementation period. They’ll get a contract within 24 hours of online signup. Once they sign the agreement, they’ll get an intake call. Clients will receive login information within 24 hours of the intake call.

Academy clients won’t get a dedicated account manager or any training or support beyond the Academy lessons that consist of 18 videos on various TrackerRMS features. TrackerRMS does provide initial software configuration and a ticket support system to Academy plan users.

Customer Service & Support

Users can submit a support ticket via their TrackerRMS accounts. Premier plan users can also reach out to their Client Success Manager to troubleshoot issues or ask questions.


TrackerRMS has four pricing tiers:

Basic ($59 per user per month paid annually) – The Basic plan includes many of TrackerRMS’ features, such as CRM, resume parsing, customized recruiter workflows, job management, unlimited number of open positions, standard reporting, email marketing functionality and basic training. Data storage is 20 GB. Companies can purchase personalized setup options for $550.

Professional ($79 per user per month paid annually) – The Professional plan includes additional features, such as 30 GB data storage, custom report builder, email campaign tool, Chrome extension and pro training. Personalized setup is $300.

Premier ($89 per user per month paid annually) – Additional features in the Premier plan are 40 GB data storage and premium job board integration. Personalized setup is included in the subscription price.

Enterprise (custom pricing; contact TrackerRMS for quote) – The Enterprise plan includes custom query reports, custom application forms, electronic candidate timesheet portal, electronic expense tracking, absence management, custom payroll/accounting integration, API access and advanced training.


TrackerRMS doesn’t include interviewing toolkits or background checking functionality.
