To make the onboarding process more efficient, talentReef provides conditional logic, pre-populated form fields and onboarding task checklists. Companies can customize their own onboarding forms. TalentReef offers pre-employment forms, such as background check release forms or I-9 forms, so employers can stay in legal compliance.

TalentReef’s reporting and analytics features help companies measure their hiring efforts. The data fields have roll-up visibility that provide an organization-wide overview of their data, while providing relevant and restricted access to locations and franchises. Reports can be either scheduled or performed on an ad-hoc basis. The solution also includes real-time best practice reports on various key performance indicators, including recruitment source, applicant flow comparisons, I-9/E-Verify compliance and more.
