Breezy HR is an end-to-end recruiting solution that’s designed to help recruiters and hiring managers efficiently streamline the hiring process.

Recruiters can manage their hiring pipeline by dragging and dropping candidate information throughout various stages. Additionally, they can invite other members of the hiring team to provide feedback on candidates with a real-time comment stream.

Breezy allows companies to post job positions on their own customized career portals and many different free and premium job boards (e.g., social media sites, Indeed, SimplyHired and Glassdoor). Businesses can also source candidates from sites such as LinkedIn and Github.

Breezy integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365, Google, Slack, ADP, Gusto, BambooHR and background check solutions (e.g., Checkr, GoodHire, Certn). It also has a mobile app for iOS and Android that has the same full-featured functionality as the web-based version.

Implementation/Integration

All new Breezy clients participate in a free trial that doesn’t require a credit card. Signing up for a new account takes a few minutes. Once the account is created, users can create a job posting, invite team members to access Breezy and customize their career portals.

Breezy also has a Quick Start Guide with tutorials on its features.

Customer Service & Support

Users can access Breezy’s resource site for its Quick Start Guide and video tutorials. They can also contact customer support via email. Users under the Business plan gets priority tech support.

Pricing

Breezy offers five pricing plans (billed annually).

  • The Bootstrap plan is a free plan that covers one active job position, access to over 50 job boards, unlimited candidates (only new candidates added within the past 30 days) and users, a branded career site, GDPR compliance and automation, resume parsing, multilanguage support, email and web support, a knowledge base, video tutorials and weekly webinars.
  • The Startup plan ($157 a month) includes all features of the Bootstrap plan, plus unlimited job positions and candidate pools, custom pipelines, background services integration, candidate automations, candidate questionnaires, EEOC/OFCCP reporting email and calendar integration, a mobile app, interview self-scheduling, live video meetings, real-time analytics and reporting, video assessments, task management and integration with Slack.
  • The Growth plan ($273 a month) includes all features of the Startup plan, plus automated reference checking, customizable scorecards and interview guides, employee referrals, eSignature, an external recruiter portal, the Hello Messenger feature and multiple recruiting pipelines.
  • The Business plan ($439 a month) includes the features of the Growth plan, plus multi-path questionnaires, integration with assessment tools and HRMS software, candidate comparisons, candidate nurture campaigns, custom roles, job and offer approvals, and offer management.

Shortcomings

Breezy doesn’t include full onboarding functionality beyond offer management, but it does integrate with many human resource management systems.

Easy To Use, Powerful, Game Changer

Pros: Hiring is like a funnel of candidates that need to be filtered down through your hiring steps to find the very best qualified candidate. Breezy’s tool makes it so easy to do just that. It has a great UI that a non-tech person can learn on the fly, and what I love about it is that it keeps the funnel process collaborative and transparent. Seriously, use this tool, it’s awesome.

Cons: The support is a little lacking, but not in the best quality (they use Intercom), but to their credit, I haven’t needed to contact them much.

Seriously, you should stop wasting time and signup. (And no, I don't work for them, just a huge fan of their tool and how it's impacted and streamlined our hiring process).
