Product Overview

The Pereless Enterprise ATS is a cloud-based applicant tracking system designed to help recruiters streamline the hiring process. It’s built on four core competencies: mobile, social, candidate relationship management (CRM) and support.

Since Pereless is based in the cloud, it hosts and maintains all company data. Therefore, companies won’t have to worry about the time and expense of software maintenance. Users can access Pereless from any web browser.

Companies can add on different modules, such as an agency management portal or an onboarding portal (both mentioned in our Features section below).

Pereless integrates with many different systems, such as payroll, HRMS, and solutions designed for background checks and scheduling.


Pereless Enterprise ATS has five main features:

1.) Branded career portals – Companies can have their career pages/intranet sites customized with their own brand (e.g., logos or colors) and hosted by Pereless. Recruiters can create a single job posting and post it to the intranet, along with various job boards and social media sites such as SimplyHired and Indeed, in one click. Not only can candidates apply for jobs, but current employees can update their personal information. The application process and career pages are mobile friendly with available tech support.

2.) Agency management portal – The agency management portal helps in-house recruiters streamline the process of working with staffing agencies. The solution automatically detects any duplicate candidates, so companies avoid paying agency fees. Recruiters can also review candidate submissions sent by agencies before approving or rejecting them. And finally, recruiters can view reporting data on an agency’s performance.

3.) Onboarding portal – With the add-on onboarding portal, new hires can view company information and complete any necessary forms prior to their first day. The portal includes custom messaging, unlimited storage of documents and links, and electronic signature functionality.

4.) iSkills/iForms – The iSkills/iForms portal is a comprehensive database that lets recruiters store their recruitment forms electronically. Recruiters and hiring managers can create custom assessments for testing a candidate’s skills in a particular area. The portal can also calculate weighted scores based on candidates’ responses to help recruiters identify trends.

5.) Candidate relationship management (CRM) – Pereless also offers a candidate recruiting management module called Pro-Link. Pro-Link helps recruiters source candidates from various sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster). They can search for professionals based on location, skills or job titles and convert them into active job candidates.

Additionally, these new features are now available:

  1. Resume Document Viewer, which will allow users to view and toggle between candidate documents in real time, all while remaining on the candidate’s profile.
  2. Employee Referral Portal that provides referrers with a management portal equipped with a reporting module. It’ll also include full reporting and tracking of any payouts for all referrals on the team.
  3. Manual Candidate Resume Import tool allowing clients to mass import candidate resumes into the ATS so they can be parsed.
  4. E-Form Builder, which will allow users to make custom forms for capturing vital information and data. Using an easy drag-and-drop menu builder, users can create forms with scoring capabilities, icons, answer types and more. Forms can also be sent to team members for approval with the ability to make comments.
  5. Text Capability through the CRM and ATS applicant page that will allow system users to use the ATS to contact candidates via mobile phone. Users can also text job opportunities to candidates using a dedicated 1-800 number.
  6. Reference Check Portal to give system users the ability to directly email candidate references for feedback and to confirm credentials.
  7. Advanced Search feature, which will be upgraded to offer clients a more robust candidate database search tool.

The implementation process begins with a quick kickoff call between the client and Pereless’ account managers. Pereless confirms career page options and the number of system users/levels. Then, the vendor sets up live training and discusses the next steps.

Once decisions are confirmed, Pereless begins the process of building the career page, which takes five to seven business days to complete. In the meantime, users can explore the system, set up key functions and create job templates.

After the career page is built, Pereless sends an email with a live link to the client’s IT administrator to place in the career section on its website. Once clients complete this step, the career page is live, and users can start posting jobs to the career portal and third-party job boards.

Customer Service & Support

Pereless Systems is dedicated to providing top customer service to clients.

Its Client Support Team offers support to clients via phone, email and a ticket system. Pereless’ regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, with 24/7 support available through email. Members of Client Support work together and have full knowledge of all individual client accounts.

There’s also an Applicant Support Team to assist candidates with usability questions or technical issues during the application process. Applicant Support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST by phone, with a support ticket system available 24/7.

Recruiters and candidates can receive immediate live support during business hours through Zendesk Chat, a real-time chat feature located on all career pages.

All support is included with the ATS at no additional cost.

Pereless Systems is specifically targeted to mid- to large-sized businesses, so it may not be ideal for smaller companies.

The solution is only offered in English at this time. (Note: Pereless Systems continually receives feedback from clients on features they’d like included. One of these features includes multilingual capability. Soon, global ATS users will also be able to use the system in their native language. In February 2017, French Canadian language will be added, with 10 other countries to follow in the coming months.)
