Implementation/Integration

JobAdder is a cloud-based applicant tracking and recruitment solution that’s ready to use once the client signs up.

The vendor also offers data migration, where clients are assigned a designated Business Analyst as a point of contact through the process. The process includes the following steps:

  1. The client gives JobAdder their recruiting data.
  2. JobAdder imports data into a sandbox environment.
  3. Client test data.
  4. The data team will help client fix any issues and re-import data.
  5. Confirm that data is accessible and accurate.
  6. Schedule a go-live date.

Customer Service & Support

JobAdder’s friendly support team are on hand 24/6 by phone, email and live chat. They also offer online training for users to become familiar with the software, as well as free new user training for up to three months. Users can pay for advanced training courses per session, which are invoiced once a course is booked.
