JobAdder is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution (ATS) that simplifies day-to-day tasks involved with recruitment management. The ATS also offers integrated job posting capabilities, so there’s no need for a third-party application to post to multiple job boards.

  • TimeAdder – TimeAdder is an online time sheet tool that allows you to easily collect and approve contractor time sheets.

Implementation/Integration

JobAdder is a cloud-based applicant tracking and recruitment solution that’s ready to use once you sign up.

The vendor also offers data migration, where you’ll be assigned a designated Business Analyst as a point of contact through the process. The process includes the following steps:

  1. Give JobAdder your data.
  2. JobAdder imports data into a sandbox environment.
  3. Test your data.
  4. The data team will help you fix any issues and reimport data.
  5. Confirm that data is accessible and accurate.
  6. Schedule a go-live date.

Customer Service & Support

JobAdder has representatives available by phone, email and live chat. It also offers online training for users to become familiar with the ATS, as well as free new user training for up to 3 months. Users can pay for other training courses per session, which are invoiced once a course is booked.
