Comeet At A Glance
Product Overview
Comeet is designed to “enable and encourage” collaboration and prioritize efficiency in a company’s recruiting efforts. Powered by automation and intelligent workflows, Comeet keeps the recruiting/hiring process on track.
The platform integrates workflows, task automation, communication, collaboration, interview optimization, analytics, and third-party tools and services. Single tasks automatically assigned to specific individuals are the system’s backbone that work to keep recruitment and hiring flexible, agile, swift and productive.
Visual workflows keep all team members apprised of any particular recruitment project. Comeet has set-and-forget compliance features for GDPR, EEOC and other regulations; a robust referral feature; and an interview “assistant” that helps team members ask the right questions.
Comeet integrates with most online job boards including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, careerjet, alljobs, adzuna and more. Likewise, Comeet integrates with many HRMS/HRIS and automatically transfers candidate data into employee records. A few of the systems supported are BambooHR, Namely, Hibob, Oracle and Workday.
If a careers page is needed for a customer’s recruitment efforts, Comeet offers several options that include standard page templates, plug-ins, third-party integrations (WordPress, Wix) and an API for total customization.
Google Calendar, Office365 and Exchange Online are three scheduling systems integrated with Comeet. Full functionality (team member/meeting room availability, email, task scheduling, room reservations and more) is kept regardless of the application.
Comeet accepts Single-Sign-On accounts from vendors like Okta and Active Directory for fast logging in and security. It comes ready for deployment or it can be customized per a client’s needs. If running the application out of the box, deployment can be as short as 30 minutes.
Although lacking both currently, Comeet plans on releasing both a Requisition Approval Process and automated matching system in 2019.
Features
Seven “tasks” make up Comeet’s recruitment workflow: Plan, Source, Screen, Interview, Collaborate, Automate and Brand.
Plan: All members of a hiring team are assigned roles and permissions which control access throughout the workflow. Alerts, email notifications and deadline reminders boost accountability and streamline the recruiting/hiring process. Job descriptions include “perfect candidate” descriptions, as well as evaluation criteria and scorecard. Automation streamlines a candidate’s progress once contingencies and policies set parameters, and notifies team members of status and updates. An EEOC/OFCCP survey simplifies compliance, whether regional, national or international (GDPR). Comeet reconciles historical time-to-hire data with future personnel needs, rendering a timeline to hiring.
Source: Comeet supplies four different career page options, a hosted 10-minute page, an embedded page on a customer’s website (without special coding), an infinitely customizeable page (via API) and a WordPress plug-in for easy integration into that platform. In addition, users can configure an automated referral program that promotes openings and updates all involved parties. Online job boards, like Indeed and Glassdoor, freely accept Comeet hiring opportunities once set-and-forget parameters have been configured. Comeet’s LinkedIn active search includes a bulk emailing feature that mines for the addresses of passive prospects and can alert them to opportunities automatically. Profile creation and inbound candidate tracking ease collaboration with third-party external agencies to find the perfect candidate. A candidate database stores profiles for future reference and can use boolean search, filtering, tagging and saved search to narrow down prospects. Available reports help sharpen budgets and maximize ROI of campaigns and ads.
Screen: Candidates can be screened through initial questionnaires that can be customized to ensure candidate relevance and sourcing quality. Profiles are created automatically and include interview scorecards, team discussions, reference feedback, test results and comments. Comeet de-duplicates profiles if one or parts of one have been copied. A “Go/No Go” click from the recruiter (first in workflow) after a resume arrives initiates the entire hiring workflow. Reports can identify reasons for candidate withdrawal or rejection, so a customer can adjust in the future.
Interview: Whether through a desktop or smartphone screen, Comeet facilitates every aspect of the process, including interview scheduling, adapting different kinds of interviews based on demand, reminding team members to check a candidate’s profile before the interview, producing questions for the interview and tracking responses to those questions. Integration of popular interviewing methodologies and interview feedback are supported.
Collaborate: A real-time message archive integrates all communication among recruiting parties. Workflows, calendars and communication threads focus team members’ responsibilities. Activity logs help improve accountability.
Automate: Automation begins with flexible, modifiable workflows that guide the entire recruiting process. Integrations with Google Calendar and Outlook365 help smooth out workflows by alerting team members to candidate updates. More automation can be found in reactive workflows, notifications, policy enforcement, job board posting, calendaring and more.
Brand: Customers can brand all manner of content with logos, mottos and images. A branded website can be built in less than 20 minutes, and candidates can be engaged at scale through a bot, which can deliver a candidate experience survey to collect feedback on each recruiter/interviewer, among other automated tasks.
Report: Users can generate preconfigured reports that illuminate each rung on the recruiting ladder. Or, custom reports can be produced since every value can be adjusted, yielding specific insight. Sisense’s analytics undergirds the accumulated data, rendering recruitment intelligence.
