Avionté is an applicant tracking system intended to help businesses automate manual tasks related to hiring and recruiting. It also has features to identify talented candidates more quickly and integrates with email and third-party sites like LinkedIn.

It also provides tools for task and activity tracking and allows for two-way text messaging and calls, so you can contact candidates directly from the system.

Other automated functions Avionté provides for users include accounts receivable, payroll, billing and time capture management, allowing employees to spend less time on menial duties.

Candidate engagement – Avionté has personalized and targeted job boards that can be customized depending on the position or audience and distributed through different social media sites, such as LinkedIn and Facebook. The solution also has Google for Jobs integration so your posting will automatically be indexed for search engine optimization.

Users can create targeted job applications and forms, and ask for additional information depending on the position. In addition, the job application and personalized job boards work on mobile devices as well as desktops.

Avionté’s video interviewing capabilities allow hiring managers to conduct interviews from any device and record interviews so they can be sent to co-workers. If multiple people are conducting the interview, they can also communicate during the session via an internal chat function.

Mobile onboarding – Once a candidate has been hired, Avionté can help streamline the onboarding process and make it paperless. The solution uses Adobe Sign to vet e-signatures, ensuring candidates are able to receive and sign off on paperwork from anywhere. It also offers onboarding from any device, so new hires don’t need to come into the office to fill out forms or receive training before they start.
