Manage With Success is a cloud-based, full HR suite that can be easily adapted to a company’s needs. There are two types of users that can use the Manage With Success software: principal users and secondary users.

A principal user has access to all the tools available in the solution. This user can manage, modify and view all the data accessible in Manage With Success. A secondary user doesn’t have the ability to modify any data, but can view all the results and reports within the solution. Both users need a username and password.

Manage With Success’s time-tracking module gives managers a 360-degree view of employees’ time and attendance. In addition to the time-tracking module on its dashboard, Manage With Success also offers users a time-punch product called Time Well Scheduled. It automates and streamlines daily tasks related to employee time tracking without the need for time cards or time clocks. Employees can clock in or out using the computers and devices your company already has.

Some features of Time Well Scheduled include:

  • Offline mode – This allows employees to punch in/out and take lunches/breaks even when the Internet isn’t available.
  • Multi-language support – Time Well Scheduled offers English, French and Spanish support to businesses.
  • Data storage – The solution only deletes information by request, allowing you to view/report on any historical data as needed.
  • Payroll integration – Time Well Scheduled can integrate with the payroll tools your company already uses. The integrations it supports are EasyPay, Desjardins, Ceridian, ADP, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks and MYO.
  • Tailored rules – The time-tracking solution allows you to set different parameters for tasks related to time tracking, such as grace periods or coverage rules.
